ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Bradenton Symphony Orchestra Shows Off its Sixth Sense

(Bradenton, Fla., March 31, 2022) — ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, Manatee-Sarasota’s (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø) Bradenton Symphony Orchestra will celebrate its sixth season with a six-themed showcase at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 21, at the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Neel Performing Arts Center, 5840 26th St. W., Building 11 East. General admission tickets are $15 and can be purchased online at , while tickets for students and staff are $5 at the door.
The three musical selections have a connection to the number six and include Dvorak’s Slavonic Dance No. 6, Handel’s Organ Concerto No. 6, with guest soloist Michael Stuart, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6.
The Bradenton Symphony Orchestra is made up of a combination of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø students and community members. It is open to string, woodwind, brass and percussion players with high school band or orchestra experience. All ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø students who participate in ensembles, not just music students, are eligible to apply for music ensemble scholarships.
