ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Announces Summer 2022 Open Houses in Bradenton and Venice

(Bradenton, Fla., May 24, 2022)&²Ô²ú²õ±è;—&²Ô²ú²õ±è;Students or families interested in learning about ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, Manatee-Sarasota’s (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø) academic programs, flexible class schedules, financial aid and full-college experience are invited to attend an open house at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Bradenton or ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Venice. The events will take place 3-5 p.m. Monday, June 13, at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Venice, 8000 S. Tamiami Trail, in Building 800 and Tuesday, June 14, at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Bradenton, 5840 26th St. W., in Building 3.
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s admissions and student services teams will discuss topics like the application process, registering for classes, degree pathways, career choices, financial aid and student life. Campus tours will also be available.
The open houses are also a great time to learn about the new Associate in Science (A.S.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) programs at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø. that are now enrolling students for Fall 2022:
- A.S. in Business Analytics
- A.S. in Hospitality Management
- A.S. in Music Technology
- B.S. in Elementary Education
- B.S. in Exceptional Student Education
The Bachelor of Science degrees in the fields of Elementary Education and Exceptional Student Education (ESE) will begin enrolling students this fall, pending approval by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s two-year and four-year degrees and certificate programs are designed to meet the workforce needs of Manatee and Sarasota counties. Credits earned for an associate in arts degree at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø are transferable to any university in Florida.
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø offers many scheduling and course delivery options, which allow students to study at their own pace without compromising their work or family obligations. Options include:
- Go Live with ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Online, providing live instruction via video conferences enabling students to experience face-to-face learning from convenient locations.
- Weekend College, for students with weekday obligations, offering classes on Friday evenings and Saturdays.
- Flex Start courses, with staggered start dates, including one 12-week session, two eight-week sessions and three five-week sessions.
