Become a Real Estate Sales Associate Through ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s Pre-License Course

(Bradenton, Fla., Dec. 13, 2022)&²Ô²ú²õ±è;— ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, Manatee-Sarasota (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø) will host a pre-licensing course for individuals interested in real estate sales associate careers on Mondays and Wednesdays, Jan. 23-April 3. The course will take place 6-9 p.m. at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway, Sarasota. Registration is available online at , and the course identification number is 15143.
The 63-hour course, facilitated by real estate broker Kelly Repassy of Keller Williams Realty, is required by the state of Florida to earn a real estate license and is a requirement for taking the state exam. The $369 registration fee includes the textbook. The state exam is not included with the course and has its own registration fee.
