Trustees (BOT) held its regular monthly meeting virtually and in-person with essential staff and trustees on Dec. 12.
The board heard presentations on:
- ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Parrish – Looking Ahead from Hepner Architects CEO Peter Hepner and Tandem Construction President Brian Leaver.
The board approved:
- Nonfinancial and financial consent agenda items.
- Negotiation with Hepner Architects for the Parrish Phase I Development Design.
- Negotiation with Tandem Construction for the Parrish Phase I Development.
- ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Parrish Phase I Development Educational Plant Spot Survey.
- A contract in the amount of $340,672 with Yellowstone Landscape for the six-year maintenance of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Lakewood Ranch campus.
The next board meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 23, 2024, at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Venice.
