Become a Real Estate Sales Associate Through ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s Pre-License Course

(Bradenton, Fla., February 1, 2024)&²Ô²ú²õ±è;— ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, Manatee-Sarasota (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø) will host a pre-license course for individuals interested in real estate sales associate careers from 6-9 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, Feb. 12-Apr. 22, at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway, Sarasota. Real estate broker Kelly Repassy of Keller Williams Realty will facilitate the 63-hour course that is required by the state of Florida to earn a real estate license and is a requirement for taking the state exam. The $409 registration fee includes a practice exam and textbook. The state exam is not included with the course and has its own registration fee.
