聽黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 63-Hour Pre-License Course Prepares Next Florida Real Estate Sales Associates 聽

(Bradenton, Fla., September 5, 2024) 鈥� 黑料吃瓜网, Manatee-Sarasota鈥檚 (黑料吃瓜网) Workforce Development will host a 63-hour real estate sales associate pre-license course from 6-9 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, September 16 鈥� November 20, at 黑料吃瓜网 Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway, Sarasota. Real estate broker Kelly Repassy of Zenith Real Estate will facilitate the course, which Florida requires prior to taking the state exam (a separate event and expense) and earning a real estate license. The course costs $409 and includes a textbook and practice exam.
