ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Summer Mindfulness Workshop for Kids

(Bradenton, Fla., May 6, 2025) — ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Manatee-Sarasota Lifelong Learning is introducing Summer Mindfulness, a new workshop designed to help K-6 students explore mindfulness and emotional well-being through engaging activities and creative crafts. This eight-session program will take place on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30 p.m. June 3-July 29, with no session on July 1, at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Pkwy E., Sarasota.
Each session introduces simple mindfulness techniques, including breathing exercises, gratitude practices and emotional awareness, to help children develop focus, manage stress and express their feelings in a positive way.
