Bradenton, FL (Jan. 27, 2026) – ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, Manatee-Sarasota (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø) District Board of Trustees held its regular monthly meeting on Jan. 27.

The board heard presentations on:

• President’s Report – Tommy Gregory, J.D., president, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
• Mission Moment – ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Radiography Program – Pat Patterson, professor and program director, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
• ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Foundation Update – Cassandra Holmes, vice president of advancement and executive director, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Foundation.
• CFO Report – Jennifer Price, vice president of finance and administrative services/CFO.
• ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Annual Safety Inspection Report – Chris Wellman, vice president of operations.  
• Rule 6HX14-2.26 Holidays and Other Paid Non-Duty Days – Steve Prouty, vice president and general counsel.

The board approved:

• Nonfinancial and financial consent agenda items.
• Negotiation with Sweet Sparkman Architects for the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Parrish and Venice Collegiate School design contracts to be approved by the board at a future meeting.
• Negotiation with Willis Smith Construction for pre-construction and construction services for the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Parrish and Venice Collegiate Schools.
• Refurbishment of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s baseball and softball athletic fields at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Bradenton for a total budget of $900,000.  
• ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s new mission and vision statements, and values.  
• A 2025-26 revised Trustee meeting schedule.

The next board meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Feb. 24 at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Bradenton.
