The board heard presentations on:
- President’s Report – Tommy Gregory, J.D., president, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
- Center for Teaching & Learning Excellence and Online Learning (CTLE) Presentation – Karlie Condor, director and Dawn Hale, coordinator.
- ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Parrish Construction Update – Chris Wellman, vice president of operations and building official, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
- ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Foundation Update – Cassandra Holmes, vice president of advancement and executive director, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Foundation.
The board approved:
- Nonfinancial and financial consent agenda items.
- ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø 2026-2027 Operating Budget.
- A project in the amount of $1,150,000 for the roof replacement of Building 8, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Bradenton.
- A project in the amount of $1,800,000 for the HVAC upgrade of Building 19, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøCS Bradenton.
The next board meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. September 29 at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Bradenton.
