Summer Music Workshops to Elevate Students’ Playing, Creation, and Performance

(Bradenton, Fla., May 31, 2024) — Registration is open for the Summer Music Workshops at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Bradenton, 5840 26th St. W., Bradenton, for high school and college students in June 2024. Students will learn how to improve technique and performance of jazz improvisation and ensemble, music production and songwriting, music theater voice, acting, and dance auditioning, and individual and group orchestral string instruments in these interactive workshops. Students will also perform in collaborative final concerts.
The workshop sessions will be led by ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø music and theater leaders and faculty and performing arts industry experts, including:
- Jazz Band: June 3-6, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., Building 11, Room 189 (Practice Room), $179
- Music Production: June 10-14, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., 26 West Center, $179
- Music Theatre: June 20, 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 11A Performing Arts Recital Hall, $29
- String Orchestra: June 25-28, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Building 11, Room 89, $179
The Summer Jazz Band final concert will be presented on June 6 at 1:00 p.m. in the recital hall. The Music Production final concert will be presented on June 14 at 1:00 p.m. in the recital hall. For registration, visit and select a workshop.
