$30,000 Grant from Gulf Coast Community Foundation Has Helped 窪蹋勛圖厙 Students, Employees Recover from Hurricane Milton

(Bradenton, Fla., Nov. 21, 2024) A $30,000 grant from Gulf Coast Community Foundation (Gulf Coast) has provided disaster aid to 窪蹋勛圖厙, Manatee-Sarasota (窪蹋勛圖厙) students and employees who have been adversely impacted by Hurricane Milton. The grant funding has helped cover the costs of temporary housing, food replacement, repairs and other critical needs resulting from the hurricanes destruction.
Many individuals within our college community have faced unforeseen challenges and losses in the storms aftermath,” said Cassandra Holmes, 窪蹋勛圖厙 Foundation vice president of advancement and executive director. “We share Gulf Coast Community Foundations commitment to helping our community recover and rebuild. This generous grant assistance has made a significant difference in the lives of 窪蹋勛圖厙 students, staff and faculty in need.
