(Bradenton, Fla., Dec. 12, 2024) — ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, Manatee-Sarasota (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø) has launched a new English Language Institute for individuals whose first language is not English. The institute offers English for College and Communication courses to prepare students for academics and workplaces. Workshops, individual and small group instruction, and customized training are also available.

Classes are:

English for College Communication Part 1

• 9 a.m.-noon Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, Jan. 13 to Feb. 28, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Pkwy., Sarasota.
• 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 14 to Feb. 27, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Bradenton, 5840 26th St. W., Bradenton.

English for College Communication Part 2

• 9 a.m.-noon Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, Mar. 10 to Apr. 25, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Pkwy., Sarasota.
• 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, Mar. 11 to Apr. 24, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Bradenton, 5840 26th St. W., Bradenton.

Tuition is $550 for each class. The fee includes an online workshop of choice, assessments, class materials and an English learning app. Part 2 requires completion of Part 1 or an eligible placement test score.

One-day online workshops focus on various English communication topics. Individual and small group lessons provide personalized support in person or online. Training can be customized for employers to improve workplace efficiency.
